He was great, very responsive in the time leading up to our trip and transparent with costs. He was right on time, met us as soon as we got off the plane and had us on our way in no time. He even had light refreshments ready for us. He was great with our kids and chatted us up on our way to the resort, telling us about the area, and giving the kids a lesson on the Bahamas.
