Welcome! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including tours, transportation, and any other services provided by Bahama Cruise Transportation. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from us. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
1.2 Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method specified by us. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required prior to the start of any tour or transportation service.
1.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of service.
Company Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, weather conditions, safety concerns, or low participant numbers. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
2. Tour Packages and Services
2.1 Customized Tours
We offer customized tours tailored to your preferences and requests. Itineraries and pricing will be confirmed before booking.
2.2 Package Tours
Package tours may include multiple destinations, accommodations, meals, and other services. Specific terms for each package will be provided at the time of booking.
2.3 Airport Pickups and Transportation
Our transportation services cover airport pickups, drop-offs, and customized itineraries. Please ensure that all arrival and departure information provided to us is accurate.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 Identification and Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification and any required travel documents. We are not liable for issues arising from missing or incorrect documents.
3.2 Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during tours or transportation services. Please keep valuables secured at all times.
3.3 Conduct and Safety
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with all safety guidelines provided by our drivers and tour staff.
4. Liability and Disclaimers
4.1 Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure your safety and comfort. However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during tours or transportation services, except where proven to be the result of gross negligence by our staff.
4.2 Third-Party Services
We may collaborate with third-party providers such as hotels, restaurants, or excursion operators. While we work only with reputable partners, we are not responsible for their actions, errors, or omissions.
4.3 Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, or government actions.
